BDN Alumna Sandra Rosier Appointed to Black Opportunity Fund Board of Directors

Sandra is a fluently bilingual senior tax and legal leader with more than 20 years of global experience in cross-border taxation and investment strategy, and the Founder of Rosier Consulting Inc. Her appointment is a testament to her depth of expertise, leadership, and commitment to governance excellence.
