From Board Recruitment to Shareholder Activism: Highlights from Module 2

Module 2 of our sold-out Toronto Board Readiness and Networking Program brought Cohort 7 together for another impactful session.

Our keynote speaker, Michelle Banik, Corporate Director, shared practical insights and key learnings from her board journey, with Cohort 7 fully engaged throughout.

Participants also explored board recruitment and CV development, followed by an interactive networking session with board recruiters that allowed for candid small-group conversations and meaningful connections.

The session also explored the proxy process, shareholder activism, and practical board considerations in navigating activist scenarios.
