BDN Alumna Dr. Golnaz Golnaraghi Joins Oakville Parent‑Child Centre Board

Congratulations to Dr. Golnaz G., Founder & President of Accelerate Her Future and Board Diversity Network alumna, on her appointment to the Board of Directors of the Oakville Parent-Child Centre (OPCC), where she will also serve on the Governance & Nominations Committee.

Reflecting on her BDN experience, Dr. Golnaraghi shared:

The Oakville Parent‑Child Centre is a long-standing community organization supporting families with young children. Since 1980, OPCC has offered inclusive programs. Dr. Golnaraghi is an award-winning entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience across corporate, professional services, and higher education. Through Accelerate Her Future, Golnaz and her team bring a research-informed, systemic perspective to advancing the leadership of Indigenous, Black, and racialized women and driving more inclusive, effective workplaces across Canada.

This appointment underscores BDN’s mission to cultivate board-ready leaders, strengthening their governance expertise and expanding their opportunities through BDN’s rigorous Board Readiness Program and its vibrant network of experienced professionals.
